Everything you're likely to wonder before joining the beta.
What is Personal Productivity Intelligence?+
Personal Productivity Intelligence (PPI) is the idea that the most useful productivity tool is self-understanding. Instead of only recording what you did, PROLOG analyses how you spend your day — your patterns, your focus rhythms, your workload — and turns that understanding into specific recommendations. Tracking is the evidence; intelligence is the point.
How is PROLOG different from a productivity tracker or Pomodoro app?+
Trackers answer "what did you do?" PROLOG answers "how are you becoming better?" It combines session tracking, productivity analytics, and actionable insights in one calm loop: observe, understand, decide, improve. No streaks, no badges, no timers shouting at you.
Is PROLOG free?+
Yes — PROLOG is free during the public beta. We're focused on learning from real users right now. If pricing is ever introduced, beta users will hear about it early and honestly.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Privacy is a product feature, not a settings page. Your behavioural history belongs to you: accounts are protected by secure authentication, your data is private by default, and it is never sold. See our Privacy page for the full picture.
Does PROLOG need AI to work?+
No. AI amplifies PROLOG, but it isn't the product. When AI is available, recommendations get richer. When it isn't, deterministic rules still produce useful, specific guidance. The application degrades gracefully — by design.
How much time does PROLOG take each day?+
Minutes. Logging a session takes seconds, and reviewing your insights takes as long as a coffee. PROLOG succeeds when you spend more time doing meaningful work outside it — not more time inside it.
What platforms does PROLOG run on?+
PROLOG is a web application — it runs in your browser on any device, with no installation. Native apps may come later; the web app comes first.
What are Prologgers?+
Prologgers are the PROLOG community — people who improve how they spend their day, deliberately and calmly, comparing themselves only against their past selves. The community is an upcoming initiative; you can join the waiting list on the Prologgers page.
